Previously, I founded AKQA, a digital advertising agency which Fast Company has called one of the fifty most innovative companies in the world.

I edit The Long News, which tries to find news stories that might still matter fifty or a hundred or ten thousand years from now. I talked about the project at TED 2010:









Also in 2010, I helped produce a documentary about a WWII Japanese submarine for the PBS series Secrets of the Dead.

My first play, But Not For Lunch, has had staged readings at the 2009 Northern Writes New Play Festival in Maine, the New Theatre in Miami, and the Mountain Playhouse in Pennsylvania.
